The Function Room, located at the 3rd floor of Hotel 878, is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate the needs of different companies and organizations for their product presentations, planning sessions, small conferences and meetings. With a sitting capacity of 25-30 persons, this function room ensures that your company will be able to organize successful meetings at reasonable rates.
We have put together Live-Out Seminar Packages for the use of our Function Room for four (4) or eight (8) hours. These rates include meals and free-flowing coffee or tea throughout.
We also have Live-In Seminar Packages wherein you can combine use of our Function Room with overnight accommodation choice of twin sharing (2 persons to a room), triple sharing (3 persons to a room), quad sharing (4 persons to a room) and team room (6 persons to a room). These packages also include meals and free-flowing coffee or tea throughout.
Note:
• Packages are for 25 persons minimum guarantee.
• If the minimum goes below 25 persons,please request for a quotation.
• Rates are inclusive of VAT & Service Charge
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• We shall require a 50% deposit upon receipt of the contract.
• Full settlement shall be made in cash or in credit card one (1) week before the event date. Likewise the payment is non-refundable, non-transferable (to another date or to another client) non-consumable. Nonpayment of the whole contract price/balance, for whatever reason, would mean cancellation of the whole accommodation or reservation.
